We're managing a multi-game CCG space for tournaments, learn to plays, leagues, and other activities and need experienced tournament officials / convention staff to assist us in making this a success!

Compensation & Scheduling

$125 per 6.5 hour shift (with a 1 hour break)

Badges will be provided to staff and standby judges

3 shift opportunities per day: AM/Mid/PM

You may work a 12 hour double shift of AM + PM (with 1.5 hours of break)

Some of our games may have different compensation / schedule arrangements, if selected you'll receive a specific offer.

PAX East is a convention, and being able to attend the broader convention is important. Giving our staff the chance to attend events that are fun or interesting to them is a priority for us. We are willing to make adjustments to breaks across days to make sure you enjoy the event.

Are you willing to accept a standby position? *

Standby staff will receive a convention badge be expected to be connected to a discord server where we can ping you if needed during the event. If you're activated you'd work a 6 hour shift from that point in the day.

If you are activated you will get paid for the shift, otherwise you will be free to enjoy the convention.
